We are based in Cardiff, but we give advice to clients all around the UK via Zoom and phone. Of course, if you’re local to us then we are more than happy to arrange a face to face meeting

Our experience in the finance industry dates back to 2004 at Barclays Bank. Since then, all manner of job titles & roles have come and gone giving us a wide range of experience.

Communication was excellent - Phil is very thorough, professional and quick to respond to any questions. Our circumstances were not straightforward, as we needed a lender who would take into account income from a limited company. We had spoken to several other mortgage brokers who were unable to find a suitable lender or fully understand our circumstances. Phil took the time to understand our situation and ultimately managed to find a suitable lender.

This prompted me to book a call with Phil and the rest was history. Phil is incredibly knowledgable on a variety of lenders and different products that would be suitable for our needs. He went above and beyond to get our offer over the line and always stayed in contact with updates.

I will 100% be using Phil's services again. I've previously used a different broker to look into our mortgage options and can clearly see now the differences are huge.
